- Premium Hosting Package: Available for properties in Davao City, this package includes all Basic Hosting services plus onsite support such as check-ins, maintenance coordination, and 24/7 guest assistance.
Further terms specific to your chosen package will be detailed in your service agreement.
4. Fees and Payments
- Serenica charges a management fee as outlined in your service agreement.
- All fees are payable according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
5. Property Owner Responsibilities
As a property owner, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete property information.
- Ensure your property complies with local laws and regulations.
- Provide access to necessary documents or resources to facilitate property management.
6. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.
- Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.
