For the Basic Hosting Package, we require a security deposit and for the Premium Hosting Package, we require a refundable security deposit and petty cash fund to cover emergencies and minor repairs. These details will be discussed during onboarding.
How do I get paid for my bookings?
All payments go directly to your linked bank account from platforms like Airbnb or in our Website. Serenica will invoice you for our fees at the end of each month.

How do I sign up with Serenica?

What documents do I need to provide?
For Premium Hosting, we may require condo documents, property access details, and authorization forms. Basic Hosting requires less documentation.

Onboarding typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the completeness of your documentation and property readiness.

What is Serenica’s Referral Program?
Our Referral Program allows individuals to earn rewards by referring property owners to Serenica’s hosting services. When a referred property owner successfully signs up and their listing goes live, you receive a referral fee.
How do I refer someone to Serenica?
To refer a property owner, simply send their details to referral@serenicastay.com or introduce them to Serenica directly. Our team will handle the rest of the onboarding process.
How do I track my referrals?
You will be notified via email when your referral successfully signs up and their property listing goes live. Regular updates regarding your earnings will also be provided.
When will I receive my referral fee?
Referral fees are processed and paid within 7 days after the referred property owner’s listing goes live.
Can I refer multiple property owners?
Yes! There’s no limit to how many property owners you can refer. You’ll earn a referral fee for each successful referral.
Are there restrictions on who I can refer?
You can refer any property owner who may benefit from Serenica’s hosting services. The program is open to individuals, real estate agents, property managers, and businesses working with property owners.
